1. Eligibility
• The referral programme is open to all existing careless™ users with an active policy.
• To participate, you must have an active subscription; referral access is granted only after policy purchase.
2. Referral Code Activation
• Referral codes are not generated or accessible until a user has at least one active careless™ cover.• Once a policy is active, users can personalise and share their unique referral code via copy/paste. QR code functionality has been removed.
3. Referral Rewards
• You’ll receive a £1 discount on your monthly premium for every friend who successfully purchases a careless™ cover using your referral code.
• Your referred friend also receives a £1 monthly discount on their cover.
• The discount is recurring and remains active as long as both you and your friend hold an active cover.
4. Unlimited Referrals
• There is no cap on the number of people you can refer.
• Discounts are stackable: refer enough friends and you could earn 100% off your monthly premium.
5. How It Works
• When your friend enters your referral code at checkout and activates a policy, both discounts begin from their policy start date.
• If a referred friend cancels their policy, the associated £1 discount is removed from the following month.
6. Misuse & Abuse
• careless™ reserves the right to remove referral discounts and deactivate codes in cases of suspected abuse, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity.
7. Changes & Termination
• careless™ may modify or terminate the referral programme at any time. Active rewards earned before termination will be honoured for the duration of qualifying policies.
